- Air pop, microwave or oil pop 1 cup of popcorn in to a large bowl.
- In a sauce pan over low heat slowly melt the butter. Once fully melted add grape seed oil chopped parsley and truffle salt.
- Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the popcorn and mix in with spatula.
- Using a microplane grate a healthy amount of cheese into popcorn and butter mixture and incorporate.
- Portion into bags or small serving dishes.
