- Lightly oil a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place whole scallions on grill, and grill for 5-10 minutes, turning every minute or so, until all sides are grilled and beginning to lightly char.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Remove ends, and dice remaining scallions, white and green parts.
- Combine softened cream cheese and diced scallions in a mixer until well combined.
To Assemble
- Toast bagels as desired.
- Spread charred scallion cream cheese on half of a toasted bagel.
- Top with cucumber, tomato, smoked salmon, Mezzetta Capote Capers, red onions.
