- Combine all cocktail sause ingredients in bowl and whisk, chill and serve when ready.
- Fill a pot 3/4 of the way with water. Add all the shrimp spices into the water and bring to a boil.
- Cook the shrimp for 4 to 5 minutes in the boiling water, remove with tongues and place in ice water until cold, about 3 minutes.
- Need 2-quart bowl with ice and water to shock the cooked shrimp.
- Place on platter and serve with sauce.
